Time to take a break, stretch your body and relax your mind. Come and join our outdoor park yoga and take some time for yourself to enjoy a session of yoga admits the beauty and peace of the tamar park after a hassle week.

About the Event
Suitable for all abilities (beginners are very welcome) the class is aimed at promoting better health, flexibility, strengths and relaxation. You will feel refreshed, nourished and forget about all the stresses thought out the week.
Location: Tamar park. Admiralty station exit A, Walk till the end of the park. (Around 8 mins walking from the station)
Bring your own mat, water ,sunscreen, sun glasses and towel
